22 Mechanic Street, Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts was the homestead of Moses W. Merrill (1817-1859) and his son Cordeanio H. Merrill (1840-1908). The property was purchased in 1997 by Cordeanio's great-grandson Deane W. Merrill Jr. (1938-) and established as Bear Haven Bed and Breakfast.
